These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fixat mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by BuddyPro AB, Org.nr 559516-1844 ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Fixat is a digital marketplace platform that connects customers seeking home services with qualified service providers. The Platform facilitates:
- Service discovery and provider matching
- Booking and scheduling of home services
- Communication between customers and service providers
- Payment processing and transaction management
- Review and rating systems
- Service history tracking and follow-up
We act as an intermediary platform and do not directly provide home services.
3. DATA PROTECTION AND COMPLIANCE
3.1 GDPR Compliance
BuddyPro AB operates in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable EU data protection laws. All personal data processing is conducted within the European Union on secure servers located within the EU.
3.2 Data Processing Agreements
We maintain appropriate Data Processing Agreements with all third-party service providers in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR, ensuring your data is protected throughout our service ecosystem.

4. ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION

As a service provider, you agree to:

- Honor confirmed bookings and provide adequate notice for cancellations
- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for your services
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
6. BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS
6.1 Service Booking
- All bookings are subject to service provider availability and acceptance
- Booking confirmation constitutes a binding agreement between customer and service provider
- Service details, pricing, and terms are established through our booking questionnaire system
6.2 Pricing and Fees
- Service prices are set by individual service providers
- Payment arrangements are made directly between customers and service providers
- Distance-based pricing may apply depending on service location
- All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified
6.3 Future Payment Processing
- Payment processing through the Platform may be introduced in future updates
- When implemented, additional terms regarding payment processing will apply
- Current bookings and transactions remain subject to direct arrangements with service providers
7. PLATFORM RULES AND CONDUCT
7.1 Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
- Attempt to circumvent payment systems or fees
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Violate intellectual property rights
7.2 Content Standards
All content you submit must be:
- Accurate and not misleading
- Respectful and professional
- Compliant with applicable laws
- Free from harmful or offensive material
8. REVIEWS AND RATINGS
8.1 Review System
- Reviews must be based on actual service experiences
- Reviews should be honest, fair, and constructive
- We reserve the right to remove inappropriate reviews
- Both customers and service providers may leave reviews
8.2 Review Guidelines
Reviews must not contain:
- Personal attacks or discriminatory language
- Irrelevant or off-topic content
- False or misleading information
- Promotional content or spam
9. DATA AND PRIVACY
9.1 Information Sharing
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your complete booking questionnaire responses will be forwarded to service providers you book
- Your contact information will be shared with service providers for coordination purposes
- This sharing is necessary for service delivery and communication
- Service providers may contact you directly regarding your bookings
- Your first name may be displayed with reviews you leave for service providers
- All data sharing complies with GDPR and is conducted on legal bases as outlined in our Privacy Policy
9.2 Location Services
The Platform uses location data to:
- Find and match you with relevant nearby service providers
- Calculate distance-based pricing where applicable
- Improve service recommendations and platform functionality

11. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

- We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided
- Service providers are independent contractors, not our employees
- We do not control or guarantee service provider performance

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you through the Platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BuddyPro AB from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

- Your interactions with other users
- Services performed by service providers you engage
13. TERMINATION
13.1 Termination Rights
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Pose a safety risk to other users

Upon termination:
