Cookie Policy
This policy describes cookies on buddypro.io. Authenticated services (Admin, Workforce, Customer Portal, Fixat) have their own cookie information in the respective app.
The English version of this policy is the binding version. The Swedish version is provided for translation purposes only.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser when you visit a site. It's used to remember your choices, measure how the site is used, and in some cases to show relevant advertising.
2. How we group cookies
We use four categories — the same ones shown in the consent banner:
- Necessary — always on. Required for the site to function and to remember your cookie choices.
- Functional — on/off. Enables additional features such as live chat and preference settings.
- Analytics — on/off. Helps us understand how the site is used.
- Marketing — on/off. Ad measurement and remarketing.
3. Cookies we set ourselves

bp_consent is stored with SameSite=Lax and, over HTTPS, Secure. The cookie contains a JSON structure with your choices per category.
Additional cookies may be set by tools loaded via Google Tag Manager. These are listed in section 4 and only activate after you consent to the relevant category.
4. Third-party cookies (after consent)
The tools listed below are loaded on the site but start with tracking blocked until you consent to the relevant category. If you decline, no measurement, profiling, or advertising runs — the tools sit silent until (or unless) you change your mind. Per-tool defaults are shown in the table.

5. How to change your choices
Click "Cookie settings" in the footer to reopen the banner. You can change any choice at any time. We don't keep choices older than 12 months — after that you're asked again.
